ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2023 from the second respondent to some other unbiased police or agency to take appropriate steps to find out the petitioner's brother, namely Murugan S/o.Rengaswamy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by 2/4
