O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending with the second respondent.

3. Let the above said enquiry be completed by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
