This petition is filed to condone the delay of 272 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the respondent, none appeared on his behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 272 days, however, on payment of costs.
