This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent herein by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.10.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry it was found that in pursuance of the decree passed by the Special Court, Thoothukudi, sale deed was executed in favour of the counter party. So they were advised to work out remedy through appropriate civil proceedings and the complaint was closed.

3. Let a copy of the closure report be served upon the petitioner, so that he can work out remedy, if he is so aggrieved. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
