30.06.1994 on the basis of requisition made by the third respondent herein vide his proceedings in Letter Ref.No.SCN/316152915/2023 dated 06.11.2023 for processing petitioner's visa and issuance of passport with correct date of birth and by considering petitioner's representation made to the second respondent dated 21.11.2023.
