ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to initiate appropriate action for ex-communicating the petitioner by the private respondents 4 to 14 based upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry is pending on the file of Tahsildar, Pudukottai; that based on the petitioner's complaint, both the parties have been summoned to appear before the Tahsildar; and that action would be taken in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation within a period of four (4) weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, the Tahsildar, Pudukkottai, is directed to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents and the Tahsildar, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
