Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the Tahsildar, Palani submitted that in the petition mentioned survey number there will be no more burial / cremation of dead bodies. The burial as well as cremation of dead bodies in future will take place in Survey No.131/4. 3.Recording the submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
