O R D E R

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.219 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent alleging lethargic investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner, which was registered in Crime NO.219 of 2025, dated 06.05.2025.

2.According to the petitioner her son died under suspicious circumstances while he was working in a Bank. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation is being conducted in an effective manner and there is no reason to transfer the investigation. He would further submit that the final report would be filed on receipt of RFSL report within a period of six weeks.

4.It is seen from the FIR that the petitioner herself has stated that the petitioner's son was suffering from an ailment and was taking treatment. The petitioner has not stated as to how the death of her son is not natural. In any case, the respondents have now almost completed the investigation and therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no reason to transfer of investigation at this stage. The respondents however shall conclude the investigation and file a report within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
