ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent police to register a case, based on the complaint in CSR.No.555 of 2013, dated 03.12.2013, pending before the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is not available in the respondent office. He further submitted that if the petitioner gives a fresh complaint of the earlier complaint, dated 03.12.2013, the respondent police is ready to take action as per law.

4. In view of the above submission, this petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a fresh complaint before the second respondent police. On such receipt, the second respondent shall take action as per law.
