By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a survey of the land in survey No.503/3 of an extent of 1 acre 10 cents.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader has placed on record a survey notice fixing the survey on 09.10.2025.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
