This petition is filed praying to call for the records of the 1st respondent learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.100/2012 A-3, dated 13.11.2013 and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
