ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 13668 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, the investigation is completed, final report is going to be filed before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact'. However, RCS notice has already been issued to the petitioner on 04.08.2023.

3.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
