ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
