This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.284 of 2013, dated 26.11.2013, on the file of the first respondent, Sernthamaram Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner alone.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.284 of 2013, before the concerned Court on 25.02.2014 and the same is yet to be taken on file.
