This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli to proceed the case expeditiously in CC.No.647 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-I,Tiruchirappalli and dispose off the case within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in the year 2020 as C.C.No.647 of 2020, there is no progress in the case. 3.Considering the above, the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli is directed to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No. 647 of 2020, within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
