ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.M.Mohan Gandhi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.Mani Kandan, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.947 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.947 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
