ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation concerned in Crime No.134 of 2013 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Paralachi Police Station, Virudhunagar District to CBCID, Virudhunagar District for investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent police filed Charge Sheet in Crime No.134 of 2013, before the learned Sub Judge, Aruppukkottai, which has been taken on file as S.C.No.159 of 2014.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
