This Writ Petition filed to direct the respondent to issue Nontraceable certificate to the petitioner sale deed No.3058/1978 by considering the petitioner's online complaint in CTG23083739 dated 09.05.2023 and on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deeds Document No.3058/1978 dated 08.08.1978, which is situated at D.No.3B, Town Survey No.1850 situated at Ward No.58, New Ward No.44 at Manjanakara Street, Madurai. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication on 02.07.2023 with regard to the missing of original documents.
4. Considering the above, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for 2/4
any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
