ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation dated 17.09.2025 and consequently, to conduct a detailed enquiry into the illegal solitary confinement, torture and denial of basic rights of the petitioner's husband, namely, Duraipandi, S/o.Ganeshan, an under trial prisoner at the Central Prison, Trichy, and further to direct the respondents to ensure that the petitioner's husband is shifted back to the normal ward with due medical aid, legal assistance and access to family visits.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Since the petitioner's husband is now confined in the Central Prison, Trichy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition as the petitioner can always file a Habeas Corpus Petition before the Division Bench concerned for appropriate relief. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of, with the above liberty.
