ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to return Petitioner's Passport in Passport No.C3949681 issued on 05.11.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed by the first respondent, wherein, in para 9 of the affidavit, it has been held as follows:- "9.It is submitted that this predicament the Passport is lying with this respondent office and the writ petitioner can come and collect his passport from this 1st respondent's office. But the writ petitioner is unable to establish the Nationality Background and claims of Indian origin of his Parents on the basis of any other Indian Documents including PP of his own. Hence the petitioner may be directed to co-operate with the enquiries regarding his Nationality before the Local Police or Immigration authorities."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to satisfy the said conditions and further undertakes to fully cooperate with the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
