ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law and register FIR against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 07.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
