ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T Assistant (Science) Teacher, who is working in an aided School seeking a Mandamus as against the respondent authorities to consider her representation for grant of incentive increment for having acquired higher qualification, namely, M.Sc., (Botany). 2/5

2. To the said effect, the third respondent has sent a recommendation to the second respondent recommending the case of the petitioner for grant of incentive increment on 04.12.2020. The same is pending from the said date onwards. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the said recommendation letter of the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
