CMP(MD) NO. 18165 of 2025 Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to accept the cause title as framed in the Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.124 of 2017 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur dated 31.10.2022, confirming the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.42 of 2009 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi dated 29.04.2011.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)SR No.33855 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
