This petition has been filed stating that the daughter of the petitioner aged about 30 years, who had been married about 10 years with the third respondent and who has also two children, had been missing on and from 23.03.2025 nearly about 7 months back.

2. We had received status report filed by the second respondent. It is stated that the second respondent police registered a case in FIR in Crime No.204 of 2025 on the basis of a complaint.

3. Today, the detenue had been produced before us. The petitioner is also present. We had facilitated a discussion to be heard between the petitioner and the detenue. When we had called the matter again post lunch, the detenue had stated that she would go with the petitioner, who is her father.

4. Since no further direction is required in this petition, the same is closed. With respect to the marital issues, the parties would have adjudiciated before the appropriate forum.
