This writ petition has been filed for issue of a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 13, on the ground that the petitioner and his family members were ex-communicated from the village.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 submitted that an enquiry was conducted and subsequently, the petitioner and his family members were permitted to participate in all the temple festival.
