2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants speedy disposal of D.V.O.P.No.15 of 2022, pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Athoor.

3. Let the petitioner approach the concerned Court itself for speedy disposal, mentioning the facts and circumstances of the case and it is open to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Athoor, to consider the request. There can be no direction from this Court for speedy disposal, since there is a statutory time limit.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
