ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No. 4259 of 2025 dated 20.09.2025 and to modify the condition No.C, imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.3941 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.3941 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 24.10.2025 PJL 2/4
