ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the enquiry of CSR No.585/2023 from the third respondent Vattathikottai Police Station and transfer the enquiry to not below the rank of DSP or any other independent and efficient investigation officer, for conducting appropriate enquiry in manner.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Renuga Devi, a case in Crime No. 670 of 2023 was registered on 05.12.2023, against one Senthil Kumar.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a counter case has also been registered against the defacto complainant. 2/4
4. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
