ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.172/2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that in this case after completing the investigation, the second respondent has filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur and the same was numbered as STC No.864 of 2023.
