This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned First Information Report in Crime No.27 of 2013, dated 13.06.2013, on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.`The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.27 of 2013, before the concerned Court, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.176 of 2013.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
