This petition has been filed to call for the records from the respondent police in (*)Crime No.208 of 2011 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as 'mistake of fact'.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently,connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
