This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the FIR in Crime No.146 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed and that the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet in this case without any further delay.
