ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under sections 417, 376 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.18 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier petitions were dismissed by this Court on 14.07.2023 and 10.10.2023, considering the grievous offence alleged against the petitioner. Now, seeking anticipatory bail this third petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the DNA report shows the paternity of the petitioner, he is ready to marry the victim girl. Hence, prays to allow the petition.

4.The learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that the child was born to the victim girl. Considering the grave allegations, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much needed in this case. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also there is no 2/3

change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
