This petition is filed praying to call for the entire records of the proceedings initiated by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, vide M.C. No.213 of 2013, signed on 05.12.2013 and quash the said proceedings.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
