Heard both sides.

2. The learned standing counsel for the local body categorically asserts that a common water tap has been provided right opposite the petitioner's house and that the petitioner can very well use the same. In other words, the petitioner cannot be prevented from using the said common water tap connection. It is further stated that in another few months time, there is a proposal to give individual water tap connection for the residents.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
