4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13384/2025 dated 25.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
