ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.9099 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 31 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 31 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9099 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
