This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Cr.No.24 of 2012 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same in so for as the Petitioner is concerned 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case the respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court as 'action dropped'. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
