This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and to the petitioner's family members within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that there is no petition is pending before the respondent police and he further submitted that if a fresh complaint is given to the second respondent, the second respondent police shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
