This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings relating to the FIR in Crime No.897 of 2013, dated 23.07.2013, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.
