2.The petitioner was allotted a seat in LLM course (International Law and Justice) in the second respondent college. But the allotment mail had gone to the spam account of the petitioner. The petitioner was therefore unaware that she had to join on or before 24.11.2023. Citing the same, the said seat was surrendered and allotted to the next round of counselling. In these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions from the second respondent, submitted that considering the petitioner's future, it
was graciously decided to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner. The petitioner states that she will report before the second respondent tomorrow itself.
