The petitioners herein are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 and 2, in C.C.No.156 of 2009, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the charge sheet pertaining to C.C.No.156 of 2009 as illegal.
