Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8513/2024/A3 dated 17.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principals of natural Justice and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry against the 3rd respondent the based on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2024 following principals of natural justice within a time frame fixed by this Court. Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioner is the hereditary trustee of Arulmighu Sri Muthalamman Temple, Vilampatti. The third respondent had conducted the annual temple festival for the year 2023. The petitioner sought accounts. Since the said request was not complied with, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the department as well as the Executive Officer submitted that the statement of account will be handed over in person to the writ petitioner in the office of the Joint Commissioner, Dindigul. Accordingly, on 03.11.2025, the statement of account was also served on the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions from the second respondent submits that the statement of account will be scrutinized and if necessary, suitable action also will be taken.
