Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner undertakes to submit an online application for issuance of patta. On receipt thereof, the fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the interested parties shall be put on notice before passing the order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
