This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.904 of 2013, dated 10.12.2013, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and to complete the investigation within a time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as 'mistake of fact'.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
