Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAPANDI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of none appeared for the Respondent side either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following 1/3

order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1109 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.(MD)SR No.45709 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The name of the sole respondent has been printed in the cause list.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBIN000898, MICR Code No.625002601 on or before 20.11.2024.
