The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 328 of IPC read with Section 1/3

6(b), 24(1) Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.195 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court, by considering the conduct of the petitioner. He further submitted that there is no change in circumstances.

3. Recording the said submission that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
