ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioners/accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 341, 447 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.It is reported that the complaint given by the de-facto complainant in C.S.R.No.330 of 2013 on 27.11.2013, after due enquiry, a case has been closed.

4.In view of the said development, the apprehension on the part of the petitioner is unfounded. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
