This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai to expedite the trial in STC.No.113/2022 within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint was filed by the petitioner against the respondent in the year 2022 under Section 138 of N.I.Act. Though PW1 was examined in chief, as early as on 02.11.2022, PW1 is not yet cross examined. Without any sufficient reason, the case is pending from the year 2022.

3.Considering the grievance of the petitioner, learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai is directed to dispose of S.T.C.No.113 of 2022 within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
