2. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Court below is directed to dispose of C.C.No.122 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
